Returning an item: Please scroll down as necessary.

We would like you to be happy every time you shop with us. We know however that you may, on occasion, want to return items. You may therefore return any item within ten working days of delivery. This applies to all our website products. That is Compact Disks, Audio Cassettes and Styli that are our normal core business. We regret that we are unable to accept return of items offered through ebay or other auction sites unless there was an error on our part or it is specifically offered within the listings description. In this instance it would apply only if the item is defective or the description was inaccurate.

All of our CDs and Cassettes are brand new, however they have been on display in retail outlets. Any standard CD case that shows signs of shelf wear from display or storage will be replaced with a new one. We can not replace cases for Cassettes, CD Doubles or cases for Singles. Consequently these may arrive with the case slightly marked. In all instances the CD or Cassette itself is guaranteed to be in perfect condition.

CDs, DVDs, Cassettes and Computer Software that was supplied sealed and has subsequently been unsealed is ineligible for return. We will not process any of these items returned to us if it has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. The cost of returning the item to you will lie with you. Should you choose not to have the item returnedt to you you should be aware that we will dispose of it after 90 days.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip (or a copy) so that we receive it within ten working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. It should be complete in it's original retail packaging if applicable.

For your protection, we suggest that you use a recorded-delivery service.  Responsibility for the costs of returning the goods to us will lie with you unless the item was delivered to you in error or is faulty. However, if the item description is in anyway inaccurate we will cover your costs in returning it to us should you choose to do so.

You should also be aware that once an item has been sent, we will not be able to refund costs of services carried out by us for example, gift wrapping or optionally selected express delivery.

The cost of delivery of the item to you will only be refunded if the item was delivered to you in error or is faulty. If, due to a special offer or promotion, postage and packing was FREE, SUBSIDIZED or advertised as INCLUDED the actual cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items that have been specially ordered for you are not eligible for return.

Items received by us later than 10 days from date of delivery WILL NOT be refunded unless by prior arrangement. Cost of returning these items to you will lie with you.

Individual items from an order may of course be returned but where (due to quantity or other special offers) they have affected the overall price of the order or the delivery charge only the relevant amount will apply.

As soon as we receive the item back, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item and send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.

Your right to cancel.
EU residents only.

Under United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of CDs, DVDs, Cassettes and Computer Software that was supplied sealed and has subsequently been unsealed. Nor can we accept cancellation of items bought in Auction Format through ebay or other auction sites. Buy It Now, Best Offer or auctions where the Buy It Now offer has been taken up are covered. Your cooperation in our recovery of ebay fees in these instances would be appreciated. In the case of auction format purchases please see above.

We will not process CDs, DVDs, Cassettes and Computer Software returned to us if it has been opened. You must notify us in writing by email within 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered that you wish to cancel the contract.

You must return the goods to us. Please package the relevant item in such a way that it will not be damaged in transit and send it to us with the delivery slip (or a copy). We would be obliged that you take steps to get the goods to us within 10 days of your notification date. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item while in your possession. Further, we consider it reasonable that the item be returned to us in good order, complete in it's original retail packaging. Responsibility for the costs of returning the goods to us will lie with you. For your protection, we suggest that you use a recorded-delivery service with sufficient insurance cover.

You should also be aware that once an item has been sent, we will not be able to refund costs of services carried out by us for example, gift wrapping. Further, if you chose to have your item delivered by an optionally offered express delivery service only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

You may cancel Individual items from a multi item order. In this instance where due to quantity or other special offers these items have affected the overall price of the order or the delivery charge only the relevant amount will apply. Any refund of delivery charges in this instance will be proportional to the items returned.

We always record an items unique identification or serial number if it has one at point of dispatch. For a return to be eligible these must match with the item sent back.
