Some items we will only send if insured and this will be
included in the quoted rate.

Our standard rates for CDs and Tapes DO NOT include insurance
or proof of postage. So, if you would like additional peace of mind that
your order will arrive safe and intact we recommend that

Recorded Signed For automatically provides a
receipt to prove that the item has been posted and
requires a signature on arrival. If your order is a gift
or being delivered to a different address confirming it's
arrival is quick and easy. You can either use the online
Track and Trace
facility, or call the enquiry line on 0845 9272

Recorded items have a
distinctive orange ‘Signed for’ label, and the service
costs just £1.00 plus our standard
postage.
Although delivery times are
not guaranteed, First Class Recorded items are
usually delivered the next working day. In the unlikely
event of loss or damage, we will, after a reasonable
period of time refund* the
cost of your order for non delivery up to a maximum of
£32.
Please note that
Recorded Signed For is
not a secure service. To send higher value orders we
recommend that you request Royal Mail’s Special Delivery,
which has compensation options of up to £2,500. This also
provides guaranteed next day delivery.
